STEP 1
Remove the valve core with the included tool to deflate the tire. (Don't sweat it, if you can use a screwdriver you can remove a valve core!)

STEP 2
Squeeze the contents of pouch into the tire through the valve stem.

STEP 3
Re-install the valve core with the included tool, re-inflate the tire, and drive or rotate the tire at low speeds for 2-3 minutes.
